If it's my first time visiting, do you have any recommended menu items?

We offer a variety of tonkatsu dishes, including loin katsu and fillet katsu. Please choose according to your preferred meat texture and fat level.

About ingredients and sourcing

Where is the pork you use sourced from?

We use domestically produced pork. Since our supplier procures pork from regions across Japan and we select the best quality at the time, the place of origin may vary by day. We relatively often use pork from Aomori Prefecture and Kagoshima Prefecture.

Where is your rice from?

We use Koshihikari rice from Ibaraki Prefecture. Please enjoy freshly cooked rice together with your tonkatsu.

About allergies

Does the tonkatsu sauce contain nuts?

No nuts are used among the ingredients of our tonkatsu sauce. If you have allergies, for your safety please inform our staff when ordering.
